License Agreement

Limitation of Liability 8.1 In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, or loss of business information.

  9. Indemnification 9.1 Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of Licensee’s use of the Licensed Product.

  10. General Provisions 10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
